Willowdale, Ontario, Canada (2452 Sheppard Ave) is a Chuck E. Cheese and former Pizza Time Theatre that opened on October 8th, 1983 with a Balcony Stage and it still operates today.
It is currently the sixth Chuck E. Cheese "legacy store" location.

- The Willowdale, Ontario, Canada location has an exclusive Pizza Time Theatre Chuck statue, which will be kept as apart of it being a legacy store.
- There were theories of Willowdale's 2-Stage becoming a hybrid with the Road Stage using props from Mississauga, ON (4141 Dixie Rd), which were later debunked by an employee.[1]
