Pikachu: Both are mice and mascots, Chuck is also known to be more energetic and play the electric guitar during this era.
Espeon: Is a cat-like Pokemon, representing his cat Copernicus. The real Copernicus also made the theory that the Sun is the center of the solar system, and Espeon is the Sun Pokemon.
Toxtricity (Amped Up): This version of Chuck now plays the electric guitar, In addition both Amped up Toxtricity & Rockstar Chuck are known to be confident and short tempered then their other counterparts.

Togekiss: Since Helen is a gamer, I wanted to give her competitive Pokémon, Togekiss is a great stall breaker with great coverage, also because it evolves from Togepi so eggs. I'd like to imagine Helen raised it from an egg.
Blaziken: Final form of the only non-legendary chicken Pokémon and a fast sweeper, Especially when Mega Evolved.
Aerodactyl: Helen has shown interest in dinosaurs and Mega Aerodactyl is one of the most dominant offensive Pokémon competitively.
Blissey: A great supporter and special wall, Also its associated with eggs and is the happiness Pokémon, reflecting Helen's personality.
Altaria: A song bird, A great sweeper with options for Defense, Offense, and Support.
Venusaur: The evolved form of Bulbasaur, a gaming Icon along side the other Kanto Starters, Only really good for sun team though.

Lycanroc (Midday): Since Jasper had more dog-like personality traits, I'll give him more dog Pokémon, Midday Lycanroc in particular is known to be a trustworthy and loyal partner to their trainer, And loyalty is one the traits given to this version of Jasper.
Toxricity (Low Key): Rockstar Jasper play the bass, a low pitched instrument and According the Pokedex, This form of Toxricity generates the sound of a Bass Guitar when generating electricity.
Herdier: Another loyal dog, In the Pokedex, its classified as The Loyal Pokemon, It's known to help others. I'd like to think Jasper raised it from a Lillipup and it helped Jasper around back home.
