Reggie Smith is an American gospel singer and voice actor who briefly provided the voice of Jasper T. Jowls in Disney's shows from April 1994 until December 1995.
Smith is also a member of the Gaither Vocal Band, has provided singing vocals for Disney's theme parks, and tours with his wife, Ladye Smith.
