Mississauga, Ontario, Canada (4141 Dixie Rd) is a Chuck E. Cheese that opened on March 11th, 1991 with a Road Stage and received 2.0 in June 2025. The location held the last Road Stage.
History[]
During late 1990, the Downsview location thought about moving their operations to Mississauga, as it would therefore drive in more business, since it's near the Toronto Person Airport. This idea would eventually come to fruition, with Mississauga officially opening on March 11th, 1991. The store took the animatronics from the former Downsview location, and used them for the (at the time) newest stage, the Road Stage.
In 1995 the store received the "Operation Coach Chuck" remodel, which gave the store things such as various posters parodying movies/TV shows, more games, and the SkyTubes. Chuck E. got rid of his Tux attire in 2004. In June 2007 the outside of the store was remodeled amongst the Rockwood Mall's (where the location is hosted) massive renovations. In December 2008 the store got the 2005 Cool Chuck remodel, which got rid of some of the outdated décor. By 2013, the stage declined in condition, with Helen being largely inanimate, with the exception of her mouth, Munch's neck being exposed, Jasper's semi-functional state, and Pasqually's loose eyelids. By 2020 the SkyTubes were gone from the location. In November of 2024 a car crashed into the front of the store.[1]
On February 9th, 2025 it was confirmed by CEC Entertainment CEO, David McKillips that the location would became a legacy store. However, in May of that same year, CEC announced they would no longer be saving the Mississauga, Ontario, Canada location, but instead relocating Mississauga's Road Stage to the Willowdale, Ontario, Canada location. It's since been confirmed that instead of relocating the entirety of the stage to Willowdale, only parts of Mississauga's Road Stage would be added onto Willowdale's 2-Stage due to complications found with transporting the full stage to the location.
