Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes is a traditional children's singing game and nursery rhyme based on the 1883 song "There Is a Tavern in the Town." It is meant to identify different parts of the body and features a dance which instructs the listener to point and touch each part being sung.
Possibly due to licensing, the melody used for the Chuck E. Cheese version is different than the traditional.
It was introduced as part of Chuck E. Live 2009. It was later re-recorded by the Rockstar era voices in 2013.

Lyrics (2009)[]
Chuck E.: He-e-e-y! C'mon, kids! I got a really great song for ya, "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes". Oh-ho, yeah! C'mon!
All: Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and to-oes.
Eyes and ears and mouth and nose
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and to-oes!
Chuck E.: Oh-ho-ho! You guys are havin' fun, aren't 'cha? I can tell! Me too! Alright, slow it down a little bit...
I just wanna be here with you,
A big smile on my face.
I love havin' fun, it's true.
And round and round the place.
But singin' out together,
No matter what kind of weather,
It's sure to make yourself feel better!
All: Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and to-oes.
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes. (Chuck E.: You got it!)
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and to-oes.
Eyes and ears and mouth and nose
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and to-oes!
Chuck E.: Oh-ho! It sure is fun hangin' out with you, guys! Heh-heh! Thanks! You did a really great job!
Lyrics (2013)[]
Chuck E.: Hey, hi! Now this is gonna be a really fun song, 'cause we all know it! It's called, "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes". Now if you don't know what to do, just follow me! Here we go!
All: Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Eyes and ears and mouth and nose
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes!
Chuck E.: All right! You guys are figuring this out! Now, we're gonna do the same thing, only we're gonna take it down a notch. Let's do it a little bit softer.
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Eyes and ears and mouth and nose
Head, shoulders, knees and toes.
Okay, let's get louder! Here we go!
All: Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Eyes and ears and mouth and nose
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes!
Huh! Oh, man! You guys are so good at this! Okay, now I've got an idea! Let's make this a little bit more interesting! We're gonna speed it up a little bit! Who's ready?!
All: Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes.
Eyes and ears and mouth and nose
Head, shoulders, knees and toes,
Knees and toes!
Chuck E.: YEAH! Great job! Now, who wants some tickets?!
Jasper: Oh, I do! I want some tickets!
Helen: Whoo-hoo!
