Flag Wavers Portrait Animatronic (2nd Generation) was the final portrait animatronic Flag Wavers used at a Chuck E. Cheese location. This version debuted along with a third gen version of Chuck E. Cheese, second gen versions of Jasper T. Jowls and Pasqually,The Mopsey Sisters, Helen Henny, Mr. Munch, and The Clapper Board. Only one set of 2nd generation Flag Wavers were made.

The design had a tan wooden base, and a long, black metal rod that a flag could be put on.

- Confederate flag
- Italian flag
Movement[]
The 2nd Generation Flag Wavers Portrait Animatronic had very limited movements. All they could do is sway their flags from side to side.
