Duncan Ray Brannan (born June 25th, 1970) is an American voice actor, writer, Christian pastor, speaker, director, and fine arts consultant who has provided many voices for a number of mainstream children's entertainment characters, English language versions of Japanese anime shows and films (most notably the Dragon Ball series), and other commercial properties. He was the voice of Chuck E. Cheese from 1994 until 2012.
Career[]
Chuck E. Cheese[]
Duncan Brannan was hired to replace Scott Wilson as the voices of Chuck E. Cheese and Mr. Munch starting in 1994. He would eventually voice Jasper and Pasqually for a time, making him only one of two voice actors to voice every male member of Munch's Make Believe Band, with the other being his predecessor, Scott Wilson.
Duncan would voice the character well into the late 1990s and 2000s, though by 2012 CEC Entertainment decided to rebrand the character due to declining sales, leading the Avenger iteration of the character (which Duncan voiced since its inception) was retired. He was replaced with musician Jaret Reddick. Duncan was never made aware of the recast and had to find out via the use of fans. His last recorded show would be re-recorded by Jaret, with the original version with Duncan being lost.
