Duncan Ray Brannan (born June 25th, 1970) is an American voice actor, writer, Christian pastor, speaker, director, and fine arts consultant who has provided many voices for a number of mainstream children's entertainment characters, English language versions of Japanese anime shows and films (most notably the Dragon Ball series), and other commercial properties.

In 1994, Duncan Brannan was hired to replace Scott Wilson as the voices of Chuck E. Cheese and Mr. Munch. he would voice Chuck E. Cheese going well through the late 1990s and 2000s. But due to declining sales in the early 2010s, Chuck E. Cheese rebranded, replacing Duncan Brannan with musician Jaret Reddick in 2012. Despite this, he is still regarded as one of the most iconic voice actors throughout Chuck E. Cheese history.
