Dr. Quack is a lost Cabaret act from the Pizza Time Theatre era of Chuck E. Cheese. He would play nursery rhymes and children's songs.[1]

Dr. Quack debuted at the Simi Valley, CA location in 1980.[1] Both of his only known pictures were taken at the Costume Department located at the Pizza Time Theatre Corporate Office in Sunnyvale, CA, and his only showtape is lost media.

- He is also referred to as Dr. Dux or DJ Duck by the community.
- Both pictures depict him looking differently. One picture depicts him with no irises and curly, brown hair, as another depicts him with ginger hair, blue eyes, and a blue ascot.
- It is unknown which design was first or used at the Simi Valley, CA location.
