Chuck E. Cheese's Sports Games has 9 playable games. The player is able to play as anyone from Munch's Make Believe Band: Chuck E. Cheese, Helen Henny, Jasper T. Jowls, Pasqually, and Mr. Munch. Munch is the only character in the game not unlockable from the start, needing to unlock him by getting a silver medal for every game minus Mr. Munch's Target Practice, which itself also has to be unlocked.

Unlockables
Medals
The player is able to get medals for every minigame. There are 4 different medals: bronze, silver, gold, and platinum. Each medal is determined based upon how many points the player got during the minigame.
In order to get Mr. Munch, the player need silver medals for all 8 games. Mr. Munch's Target Practice is unlockable through getting gold medals for all 8 games. In order to fully 100% the game, the player needs to get platinum medals for every game.
Controls
The player uses the Wii remote during the games. The player can also choose whether they are left-handed or right-handed.
